• Completed the Professional Massage Therapy Program at Massage Connection School of Natural Healing.
• Dual licensed in Washington State and Tenneessee in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. 
• Insured in both Massage Therapy and Skin Care.
• Recieved certificates in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Spa Body Works, Professional Body Sugaring, Diamond head (crystal free) microdermabrasion, and Chemical peels using Glycolic and Salicylic Acids.

Philosophy

 We live in a very stressful world and it's very easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget about yourself. Stress can take a toll on an individual physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe taking some time to take care of yourself is not selfish, but very important. With constant demands in everyday life take time to escape and give yourself time to relax and recharge.
